Robert Guenther, a passionate German photographer based in Munich and Berlin, embodies joy and curiosity. From an early age, Robert observed his surroundings attentively and with great enthusiasm. This intrinsic joy and curiosity serve as his driving force.
With his empathetic eye, Robert always seeks to capture the special moments that connect people through his photography. In 2008, he began dedicating himself to portrait photography, capturing the essence of his friends. His self-built photo studio in the basement of his birthplace in Görlitz, equipped with simple construction spotlights, paper, and an older Nikon Coolpix camera, became a place filled with joy, creativity, and inspiring collaboration.
Parallel to his photographic passion, Robert gained valuable experience as an intern in the camera and editorial department of a regional television station in Görlitz. These experiences strengthened his determination to study media design in Dresden. After completing his studies, he moved to Munich, the vibrant media city, where he further developed his skills as a photo assistant in the fields of fashion, portrait, and still life photography. He loves collaborating with creative individuals and discovering their unique talents. Additionally, he took on the role of study supervisor for the Werk3Studios photo studio complex in Munich, catering to renowned clients such as Vogue and Hallhuber. Subsequently, Robert decided to work full time as a senior photographer for prestigious companies like Best Secret and Breuninger in Munich.
After more than 12 years of consistent employment, Robert felt the urge to unleash his creative curiosity internationally as a photographer.
